A staggering fact is that the average spiritual leader says that they do not have a really close friend. In addition, a majority also say that have had a conflict with a parishoner in the last month. Sure, sometimes its the fault of the spiritual leader. But the fact is a spiritual leader is under a ton of stress and the demands of attempting to minister spiritually to a large number of people can have very negative effects. Hence, this article. I want to share five simple things that you can do to make your pastor’s day. I will use male references but no offense is attended, feel free to change the gender of my phrases.
1. Use Some Ink. Pick up a pen, write encouraging note, card, or brief letter. An email can be used just as effectively and more easily. Sadly, Ministers receive negative and critical mail for too often. Your contact can be a huge “lift me up”. It will be a brick in the foundation of a strong relationship you can build. Don’t be insincere about it. Begin to see your spiritual leader as a real person with real feelings and a real family. He is more than someone who answers your spiritual 911 calls. He has the same needs you do in life. I will occasionally place notes on my free online bible study site for pastors just to encourage them. They need it like everyone else.
2. Be a Surprise Depositor. Deposit something tangible in your spiritual leader’s life. I remember on one occasion when a man in our congregation came to our home and asked that I bring him my dirty dress shirts. I was taken back but did it. Two days later he returned with them cleaned and pressed from the local cleaners. He said, “I also bought a couple of new shirts and put in with these. I just wanted to bless you.” Wow, did that send a powerful image to me about this man. He respected and loved my family. He did this about once a month for quite a season. What is one tangible thing you could do to bless your preacher? A gift card, a night for he and his wife at a nice restaurant, a $20 bill can all be refreshing water to his spirit and his spouse.
3. Spread the Positive When others talk negatively, spread the positive you see about your spiritual leader. Be a person who does not sow destructive gossip. Actually, you will find that you will reap positively from this attitude in your own life.
4. Thicken Him Up. I don’t mean take him a pie every Monday. I am talking about not requiring that your spiritual leader spread himself too thin.
Appointments, visits, training and sermon preparation all take lots of time. One thing I do to try to help pastors is to post free sermon outlines that they can use to save them time. What can you and other congregants do to lighten his ministerial load? By spreading himself too thin, he will be more apt to experience burn out and failure in ministry. Be proactive in protecting his family time, etc.
5. Talk to God about Him. Last but certainly not least–Pray for him. Prayer will help you condition your own heart toward him in the right way and more importantly, I believe God responds to sincere prayer from a pure heart. If you have ought against him, forgive him. Don’t carry a grudge, it will break you down before its over with. Please consider these suggestions to encourage your spiritual leader. Thanks– Eddie Lawrence of Sermon Seedbed.

The human race has always been fascinated with idea of flight for eons. For the most part, Airplane History suggesting construction a flying contrivance that posses the capability of defying gravity, all the while having on board a group of people has only been in place since the eighteenth century. Earlier on evidence has shown that people designed winged apparatus that was to function like the wings of a bird. These flying contraptions were known as ornithopters. In the planning stages the notion seemed to project success but a problem arose on the first attempts to take to flight as the individual together with their machine were too heavy in comparison to the weight of a bird.
When it comes to current airplane history, no achievement has gone further down in record as the progress that was initiated by Orville and Wilbur Wright popularly known as the Wright brothers. The brothers having great faith got official government documentation to enlist their invention as intellectual property not more than nine months prior to the hailed initial winning flight test run. This was the twelfth month of nineteen hundred and three. Orville and Wilbur were keen to record each event in their quest for an airplane and this wisdom froze time on paper when they took a picture of Orville flying their invention thereby making airplane history.
An ample range of aircrafts exist showing the Types of Airplanes that are assembled in this contemporary era. Airplanes can be classified into three all-embracing classes characterizing commercial passenger liners, armed forces planes or sea planes. Commercial jet liners are very massive planes which are made to carry travelers together with consignment. Commercial aircrafts can moreover be classified into four-engine, three and two engine jumbo jets. The four-engine jumbo liner however, still is the most prevalent with capabilities of conveying up to a thousand travelers.
The second of the types of airplanes are the military planes which of course are planes that are used especially by the armed forces personnel. These planes are mostly employed when setting an offensive against enemy fire either from the ground or from the skies. Others will be used to transport marines as well as gear to the base or battle frontiers.
The final among the types of planes is the category known as sea planes which primarily land and take off on the water. They will have floats fixed doing away with conventional wheels, these are known as float planes. Then there are the fly boats with special features such as the shape that make it emulate the mechanism of a boat. Lastly are the amphibians which as the name suggests go on both land as well as sea.

At the core of the family traditionally is the mother. A unique personalized jewelry idea incorporates this information in a striking and beautiful necklace, ring, pendant or bracelet. The beauty and uniqueness of a mothers jewelry piece is that it is made-to-order to your specifications. The names, birth dates or birth stones of each child can be included or a personal, meaningful message such as “Mother’s Love.”
New jewelry techniques allow for intricate and subtle designs that make for a subtle piece. A gift of stacking rings representing each child is a great tradition to start. Mixing semi-precious stones, different types of metals and even different styles of bands together will create a very individual wide ring, perfect for any occasion. Mother’s rings with each child’s birthstone are popular for both Moms and Grandmothers and can be found in almost any style and metal imaginable. These rings are ideal when the family is older but can also be a great way to start a new mother out on keepsake jewelry. Some rings offer the option to continue to add stones and designs and this is an important consideration if the family is expanding.
If you are creative, designing your own necklace and pendant for Mom may also be an option. Working with favorite metals such as silver or gold, along with gems, semi-precious stones or even different types of materials like colored glass or crystal it is possible to create a highly personalized necklace and pendant just for Mom. Free form jewelry that is developed by pouring molten silver or gold into a liquid and allowing it to form as it cools is also an option. Adding birthstones to the free form pendant can make a very striking necklace.
Beads of all types have also become a popular fashion statement and will continue to be for many years to come. There are several different bead companies that offer rare and original beads that can be combined with many different types of necklaces to add a unique and very original design. Each person in the family can select a bead that represents something in their life or in their relationship to Mom and put together a truly memory filled necklace.

Since communication breakdown is often a glaring sign on the road to Splits Ville, it isn’t surprising that one partner in a relationship is often caught off guard by the dreaded delivery of divorce papers. Below are seven warning signs of a marriage going sour?
1. The Stranger beside You
Do you and your partner spend hours together under the same roof, at social engagements or performing routine errands, yet rarely engage in meaningful conversation? Existing in silence is a primary symptom of major marital problems.
2. under a Microscope?
Do you feel like your every action is being watched and criticized by your partner? Can you do no right in their eyes? Too often partners will funnel larger relationship issues into negative criticism of day-to-day tasks.
3. Heard It through the Grapevine
Has your major source of information about your partner - their career, problems and personal achievements - become mutual friends and overheard phone conversations? To know more simply visit to www.instant-info-riches.com .When you start becoming “the last to know,” communication needs to happen.
4. What’s That Smell?
Over time, your comfort level will inevitably end that desire to look “perfect” for every encounter with your partner. However, a drastic decline in personal appearance and hygiene by your spouse could be a sign of surrender.
5. Infomercials and Baywatch Reruns
If the buzz of your household’s television becomes constant, there may be a problem. It is common for individuals to overwhelm themselves with distractions (television, books, model-building in the basement) to avoid dealing with a troubled marriage.
6. Drama without Purpose?
Do you feel like a Broadway actor giving the same performance eight times a week? If your arguments become routine with all the same issues and no resolution, then your marriage is either standing still or dying fast. You may need the assistance of a professional counselor to help direct these conversations. For more information logon to www.instant-cd-products.com .If the scenarios in this article seem all too familiar, there are several things to keep in mind when dealing with these issues and making decisions about marriage or divorce:
* Marriages rarely fix themselves. Don’t walk on eggshells, afraid to bring up sensitive issues. If your relationship is on the rocks and you aren’t moving toward either a solution or dissolution, then you aren’t actively managing the process and need to take a more proactive role. * Don’t be afraid to rely on professionals. Marriage counselors, couples retreats and communication workshops are great first steps to reviving a relationship and building a stronger, more balanced partnership. * If divorce seems inevitable, start preparing. If your instinct says your relationship won’t last, be proactive: have an initial consultation with a lawyer and make copies of important financial and legal documents.

A breast pump is indeed a useful and beneficial gadget not just for moms but also for the newly born baby. Many mothers have to be away from their kids for prolonged periods - particularly the working mothers who do not get extended maternity leaves. Very often, they leave the baby under the care and supervision of a caregiver or a relative. This naturally results to the baby growing dependent on some type of formula milk. But not anymore! With the help of the breast pumps, the mother now has the option to store her own milk in bottles so that even when she is away, the baby is fed on breast milk only.
There are two basic types of breast pumps - the manual breast pumps and the electric breast pumps. In the electric breast pump, mothers need to only hold the device at the correct area. On the other hand, manual breast pumps require the mother to perform repeated squeezing of the handle for release and storage of milk. As far as convenience is concerned, the electric breast pump is much more easy to use. These breast pumps really help a lot in ensuring the efficiency of breast feeding. Aside from this, these pumps are also hygienic and are safe to use.
For busy moms, the electric operated breast pump is nothing but a blessing in disguise. There are double electric pumps available in the market as well that are more efficient as they can collect milk from both the breasts at the same time. In fact, these pumps are healthier and more preferred since it does away with milk accumulation and the consequent painful engorgement that might result from collecting milk from only one breast at a time. Thus for best results, it is always advisable to collect milk from both the breasts using a double electric breast pump.
The electric breast pump also does not let the mother to feel any kind of guilt feelings because she is not feeding her baby breast milk. Now the baby can be fed all the time and by anyone who is close to him or her. In fact, family ties gradually strengthen as the baby’s father and other family members take turns in feeding the little one. The mom can finally have some time for herself too. Hence, it is no surprise that these pumps have found favor among families in general, and mothers in particular.

There are a number of different options for New York City Tour which will give you different perspectives of how the city is laid out and the different important parts of the city. You can take a helicopter tour or a Double Decker bus tour for a couple of the options. Taking the New York City tours will help you decide what you want to go back and see on your own when the tour is over.
Another neat option is to take a boat tour around the city. The view from the water is totally different than it is from the sky or from the bus. You get a perspective of just how relatively small the land mass is that is home to so many people.
In the Romance Over New York Helicopter Tour you will see how the city developed into the different sections that is has with the 5 boroughs. The array of areas that are distinctly reminiscent of the “old country” and the new, shiny sky scrapers that show off the architecture of the 20th and 21st centuries.
While you are flying over the former location of the Twin Towers you will be sure to remember the wickedness and insanity of the terrorists that had decided to try to grab headlines and make a statement about how powerful they were with the mass murder of thousands of people. The effect of this tragedy is that the American people pulled together, became stronger and assisted those that were suffering in a manner that had certainly matched the strongest and most loving of nations on earth.
Taking the Double Decker bus tour gives you the opportunity to see such places as Wall Street, China Town, the architectural diversity of the city and much more. While looking at Wall Street you will see that the area isn’t very big but the knowledge that billions of dollars flow through the center everyday is really quite a thought. The insignias over the doorways of these building all have a story to tell which may be a great inspiration to do some research once your tour is over.
On your riverboat tour you will have a close up look at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. These symbols of freedom and hope have welcomed millions to the shores of the United States over the years and have more stories to tell than even the most complete history books hold.

The two remarkably essential health care professionals you have are your doctor and your pharmacist. Unless you are hospitalized, or undergoing surgery, most of your health care necessities are going to come from the local pharmacy. Would you happen to know your doctor’s name, how about the name of your pharmacist? Those who do are most likely customers of an independently owned pharmacy, an often overlooked resource for excellent health care.
While all pharmacists have roughly the same training, a pharmacist in a huge chain pharmacy or drug store often is supervising the work of technicians. While this is an efficient means of dispensing medications, most customers do not interact with the pharmacist and are not able to access their knowledge and experience. In some franchises, it is easier to get the store employee to help you with a fever medicine than the pharmacist or pharmacist technician, and a customer would be lucky if the pharmacy employees offered to check and make sure there were no adverse reactions between the over the counter medicine and any prescribed medicines they are taking.
Independent or mom and pop drug stores are often owned and operated by the same person. Running a non chain store is very challenging, but a lot of them would tell you that they started in the business to care for people, not just sell medicine. Independent or mom and pop pharmacists take on the burden because they really want to provide an added measure of care than what they can do as a managing pharmacist in a large franchise.
I do know the name of my pharmacist, by the way, and like my doctor he knows I am married, work as a webmaster and go to church on a regular basis. I know that if I have a question related to health or medicine I can call him and ask, and he does care enough to listen carefully. My pharmacist has a great knowledge of medicine, as well as being a extremely well educated health care professional he is knowledgeable with a wide variety of helpful remedies for illnesses or injuries that may not really need a visit to a physician. A pharmacist that is good can help with bruises and sprains, with bandages and braces. Ask about fevers that are unexpected or unfamiliar skin irritations with your pharmacist and they will more often than not know percisely what to do. Many drug stores carry products that make life a lot more comfortable when caring for an aging parent, or can offer help on managing chronic illnesses such as Diabetes.
Independent or mom and pop pharmacies run by an owner often do specialty work such as compounding. A compounding pharmacist can customize the dosage or delivery method of medicines for patients. Women who are getting hormone replacement therapy most often benefit more from tailored dosages made possible by compounding pharmacists. Other services include counseling to find better medications for patients who look for a more effective cure or seek a cheaper alternative to their prescription. In many states, a pharmacist can provide flu and pneumonia shots as well as travel vaccinations for your overseas trip. Your community pharmacist is often a great resource for vitamins, minerals and herbal preparations.
To take full advantage of your pharmacist as a member of your health care group, visit and inquire about actually meeting him or her. Discuss openly with them about your health concerns. Pharmacists, like any other health professional, are bound by law to treat your personal health information with complete confidence. You can find a non chain pharmacy in your neighborhood by running an internet search for pharmacy and your city name.
Among the franchise pharmacy links you’ll come across titles for example for instance Medicine Shoppe http://www.medicineshoppe.com or Medicap Pharmacy http://www.medicap.com are independently owned and provide a locator on their webpage.
It is one thing to have many doctors practicing in a multitude of different specialties, but having a multitude of pharmacies can be risky, as medication interactions are a real danger. To have all your medicines with one pharmacy ensures an extra measure of safety. After you have found a pharmacist you are happy with, bring in your medications so he or she can record them. You’ll be satisfied to have this vital health care relationship, and you’re going to be healthier, too.
There can be reasons to investigate the quality of another person, especially if you need to trust them with your well being (such as a business colleague). Perhaps you’d like to investigate someone’s federal records or maybe you’d like to find someone’s relatives? We may be able to help you find what you’re looking for. These supplied facts may save your life.
